Christmas 2018 Factory Opening Times

During the Christmas and new year period, the Elementar UK office will be closed from 13:00 (GMT) on 21/12/2018 and will reopen again at 9:00 (GMT) on 02/01/2019. During this time, no email or telephone support will be available. 

We wish you and your families a very merry Christmas and hope that 2019 will be filled with health and happiness. Thank you for your continued collaboration with Elementar throughout the past years and we look forward to hopefully being part of your future success.

Elementar IRMS support is now closed for the Christmas holiday period and will re-open on 2nd January 2018. Any service tickets raised during the holiday will not be responded to until we re-open

Isoprime Ltd is changing to Elementar UK Ltd

We are excited to announce that Isoprime Ltd is undergoing a change of name to Elementar UK Ltd. As a result of this name change the stable isotope ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS) products that have been previously sold under the Isoprime brand are to be completely transferred to the Elementar brand.

We are pleased to announce two special interest meeting that will be held at the world-famous Natural History Museum, London in October. 

On 13th October we will be holding a meeting for our customers working with stable isotopes across all applications and the following day we will be welcoming our UK Elementar Users to a special workshop event.

These meetings promise to be an excellent opportunity to hear about the latest innovations in the fields of stable isotope and elemental analysis from our factory experts as well as meeting with other people working across a diverse range of application areas. With our experienced and knowledgable staff available for one-to-one discussions you will also get some great tips and tricks about pushing the performance of your instruments even further.

EA-IRMS Training 5th - 9th October 2015

Learn how to run your EA-IRMS system, generate data of excellent quality and maintain your equipment to reduce instrument downtime.

5 day course covers the generic use of combustion techniques for nitrogen, carbon and sulfur isotope analysis, and pyrolysis techniques for oxygen and hydrogen isotope analysis.

Modules include: System physical overview, EA-IRMS set-up, configuration and tuning for optimum performance, developing  analysis routines, compilation of different sample types, instrument calibration and data evaluation, performance monitoring, maintenance, and basic trouble shooting. Requirements for high temperature analysis; modifying instrument configuration, use of the vario Liquid sampler (if requested).


GC-IRMS Training 12th - 16th October 2014

Learn how to use your GC-IRMS system for the species you are interested in, change between different modes, develop your methods and produce excellent data.

5 day course covers the generic use of GC-IRMS techniques for carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and/or oxygen isotope analysis.

Modules include: System physical overview, GC-IRMS set-up, configuration and tuning for optimum performance, developing analysis routines, modifying instrument configuration, consideration of different sample types, instrument calibration and data evaluation, system optimisation, performance monitoring, maintenance, and basic trouble shooting.
